PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES:

Parties and noise are strictly prohibited.
Smoking is allowed on the terrace and outdoors.
Pets are allowed with supervision and preservation of property by the owner.

• The number of guests who come to the facility only with a reservation. It is not possible for other persons to enter the facility except registered guests.
• Close the windows and turn off all electricity consumers when you leave the house (air conditioning, heating, TV, lights...).
• It is not allowed to use devices to reproduce sound at too high a volume.
• Do not make noise after midnight (00:00).
• Take care of the inventory of the villa, especially the floor and furniture.
• Glass bottles, glasses and food are not allowed in and around the pool for the safety of the following guests. The rules for using the pool are posted on the pool.
• Security deposit - 500 Euros, if you damage the accommodation, the damage compensation can be up to 500 Euros. The deposit is returned if there is no damage, upon check-out.
• Guests should leave the accommodation in approximately the same clean condition as when they arrived.

OUR STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

These terms and conditions detail the agreement of a temporary property rental between owners and Client. The Property is the 6 bedroomed house, Villa Flying Stars as described in the website www.flyingstars-trogir.com

I. Booking / Rental
- The rental period is from 16.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure.
- The rental price includes the sojourn tax, parking, water, electricity, bed linen and towels (except beach / pool), final cleaning ....
- The number of guests coming to the facility must not exceed the number of persons registered in the reservation form.
- The Client should report any breakages and / or defects in the property or its contents to the Property Owner without delay.
- The bringing of pets on to the property is forbidden except with written permission of the owner.
- It is forbidden to bring unregistered guests to the villa

II. Payment
- 30% deposit due on booking.
- The remaining rent payment will be charged 30 days before arrival. A payment reminder will be issued 40 days before arrival.
- The total rent must be paid in full 30 days before arrival.

III. Security deposit
- A security deposit of 500 euros will be paid in cash on the day of arrival and returned to the guest during the check-out process.
- Any breakages, damage or loss caused to the property or its contents during the rental period may result in the forfeit of some or the entire security deposit.
- Guests should leave the accommodation in the same state and general order in which it was found.
- The security deposit (or part) will be returned on departure day.

IV. Cancellations
- After payment of the reservation deposit, there is no refund of the deposit in case of cancellation
- Should the property become unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances and equivalent alternative accommodation cannot be offered, a full refund will be made.

V. Insurance
- The Client is strongly recommended to arrange a comprehensive travel insurance policy, cover for the party's personal belongings, public liability, etc., since these losses are not the responsibility of the Owners.
